Our Children

At Lake Family Church, we make little children a BIG priority. We believe that children don't need to wait until they are older to have a vibrant, loving relationship with Jesus Christ. It is our desire to help parents and other caregivers in their quest to train up children to be disciples of Jesus.

On Sunday mornings we train these younger saints. Hands-on, age appropriate activities are incorporated into each lesson to teach clear concepts that reveal a little more of who God has shown himself to be and how we should respond to Him as His children.

The Children’s Sunday School classes occur during the teaching portion of the regular service. During worship, we want the children with us, experiencing and touching God together as a family. Several children go right up to the front where they are free to worship God with their natural childlike abandon.

Nursery: Any child, birth through age 3, may be checked in to the nursery during the entire service for excellent and loving care.

Nursery Coordinator: Carrie Miller

Little Lambs : Any child who is at least 3 years old and potty trained can attend this Sunday School class until the child finishes kindergarten or is 6 years old.

History Makers : Kids who are in grades 4-6 or ages 10-12 may attend this class.
